Franco Arabic

When Egyptians chat on whatsapp that they call واتس (wats) write posts and comments on FB that they call فيس (face) they often use Franco which is Arabic written in English letters. There are no certain rules, everyone writes the way he thinks is right. Sometimes they use numbers instead of some letters. As you have noticed I also use 3 of them in my posts sometimes, but there are more than that actually.
Let's start with those I use myself:

3 stands for letter ع like in name عمر 3omar

2 stands for ء sound. As in قمر 2 amar

7 is ح like أحمد A7med (Ahmed)

In those few words where ق is pronounced it's usually transliterated  as "q".

I personally transliterate خ - kh,  but some people put 5 or 7' instead of it. For example name خالد Khaled/5aled/7'aled.

6 is ط, but some people, including me,  just write "t".

3' or 8 or gh is غ like غلطان ghaltan/3'altan/8altan/8al6an.

Don't confuse gh with g, that stands for ج that is in Egyptian pronounced like g in word "gorilla".
